The New Zealand Company Arvus has unveiled their Pre-renaissance loudspeakers, after a 25 years of speaker development.
The Loudspeakers base is made from hand carved granite, four chambers house a quasi-five-way design, three channels of amplification totaling 1,500-watts per speaker.
The design was inspired by musical instruments. While the angles were chosen to give the speaker a feeling movement and life.
According to Arvus there are dozens of finishing options, from wood, painted, carbon fibber, and even stainless steel.
A pair of Arvus pre-renaissance loudspeakers would cost around $140,000. I personally think that the very high price range is because of the design. You can find out more by visiting www.ArvusLoudpeakers.com
