Sometimes we find ourselves being stressed out, angry, and under a lot of pressure. And to get productive we need to shift our mood to find our inner peace, and since most of us lead busy lives; playing hard and working harder. But sometimes we need to calm down to recharge our batteries and refocus on our direction in life.
So here are some simple things you can do that would help you avoid a total meltdown. We promise to make this short and sweet.
1- Listen to classical music.
2- Take a walk on the beach, while you’re at it collect shells.
3- Play with a pet, cuddle a baby, or smile at a child.
4- Invite friends for dinner, and play board games.
5- Take a power nap.
6- Do yoga or a sport that helps you to relax.

8- Watch a funny movie or a comedy play.
9- Pray.
10- Paint, sing, dance, or at least find a new hobby.
11- Take a relaxing bath, or a long shower.
12- Reflect on your life, or daydream.
13- Go for a weekend getaway, or take a vacation.
Each tip can help you to unwind and relax. So try one out, it won’t hurt you.

Having read this I thought it was rather enlightening. I appreciate you finding the time and energy to put this article together. I once again find myself personally spending a lot of time both reading and posting comments. But so what, it was still worthwhile!
